About Me
Hi! I'm Nahi, a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and owner of N.A.L Fitness. I've been into fitness for most of my adult life & the gym has become a sanctuary to me. I not only enjoy my time there but I also respect the commitment and discipline it takes to make it a lifestyle.
Why Hire Me?
With a degree in Psychology and a CPT/CNS certification from NASM I not only understand the anatomy of exercise and the science of nutrition but also the psychological factors that go along with it. I can give you pointers for when you hit a plateau and have a great understanding of the psychological barriers people hit during their weight loss/fitness journey.
I've worked with many clients who have struggled with weight loss and fitness throughout the years and have helped them achieve their goals. I believe that everyone is capable of working out on their own but sometimes we need someone to hold us accountable, encourage us when we need it most, or just give us some extra motivation to keep going.
