Coaching Plans
With me as your coach you get a guarantee that your plan is tailored to you! All plans are based off a questionnaire I have created that will tell me about your current diet/exercises habits/routines. This will be followed up by a 30 minute phone consultation where we discuss everything in the questionnaire and next steps.
Meal Plans: You don’t need to give up the foods you love. There are low calories recipes for all types of foods! Love pizza? I got you. Love burgers? You’ve come to the right place. You’ll get access to many delicious macro friendly recipes that will help you reach your goal while simultaneously curbing your cravings.
Fitness Plans: exercise plans built around your unique schedule. Only have 2 hours a week to work out? No problem - there are amazing time efficient workout plans that will help you reach your goal. Don’t have access to gym or lots of equipment? No problem - there are many at home workouts that can help you achieve your goals.

1 on 1 Coaching ($200/mo)

Initial 30 minutes phone consultation + Weekly 15 min phone call check ins + available via text anytime! + end of the month follow up
Personal Training ($400/mo)

Diet AND Fitness Plan
One 60 min PT session per week via zoom or in person for those on the north side of Chicago. ($80 per additional session if requested)
